Our Return & Refund Policy – What You Need to Know

At Rytech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, and you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🔄 How to Start a Return

Simply email us at rytechpnw@gmail.com to begin the process. If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened printer ink cartridges
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your current item, and once approved, place a separate order for the new one.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If it’s been more than 7 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
