Rytech PNW sells refurbished, pre-owned, open-box, and used electronics, including but not limited to desktop computers, all-in-one computers, iMacs, monitors, computer bundles, and related accessories.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not brand-new. Refurbished and used items may show normal signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic wear. We make reasonable efforts to describe product condition, specifications, included accessories, and compatibility accurately. Product photos may be representative of the model or condition and may not show the exact unit shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

  1. Product Availability and Inventory

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and fulfilled. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you with replacement options or issue a refund.

  1. Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse service if information on the website is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

  1. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud review, inventory confirmation, and shipping address review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these terms.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders according to the shipping options available at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, access issues, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, or business information when applicable. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

At this time, our standard shipping is intended for the continental United States unless another option is clearly available at checkout.

  1. Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions will be provided after purchase or by appointment. Customers must pick up orders within the agreed timeframe. We may require order confirmation, identification, or proof of purchase before releasing an item.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Some products may be subject to marketplace rules, warranty terms, or third-party protection plans if purchased through a marketplace or if such coverage is included with the order.

Customers are responsible for returning items in the same condition received, including all included accessories, cables, adapters, keyboards, mice, monitors, stands, and other bundle components when applicable. Missing parts, damage, or misuse may affect refund eligibility.

  1. Refurbished Electronics Disclaimer

Because many products sold by Rytech PNW are refurbished or pre-owned, minor cosmetic wear may be present and does not necessarily mean the product is defective. Batteries, storage drives, displays, keyboards, ports, and other components are tested as part of our refurbishment process when applicable, but used electronics may have normal wear consistent with age and prior use.

For computers and software, updates, driver changes, operating system upgrades, third-party applications, and user-installed software may affect performance or compatibility after delivery. We are not responsible for problems caused by unauthorized modifications, improper installation, incompatible software, unsupported updates, malware, misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, or customer-performed repairs.

  1. Software and Operating Systems

Some devices may include pre-installed operating systems, recovery media, open-source tools, third-party software, or configuration utilities. Software availability, activation, update support, and compatibility may vary by device model, manufacturer, and operating system version.

For older Apple computers or other legacy devices, some operating systems may rely on third-party patching or compatibility tools. Major operating system upgrades are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product listing. Customers should review listing details before updating or reinstalling software.

  1. Warranties and Third-Party Support

Any warranty, support, or protection plan will be described in the product listing or order details. If a product includes third-party protection or support, that coverage may be handled directly by the third-party provider according to their own terms.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, products are provided according to the condition and coverage stated in the listing, order confirmation, return policy, or applicable marketplace policy.
